  • Congratulations to Sid, Dominik and Stefan for publication of the H3K36M story in Science! Our team finds that H3K36M oncohistones drive sarcomas by genome-wide redistribution of PRC2. Check out the coverage of this story in Wisconsin News.

  • Congratulations to Dominik, Sid and Stefan for publication of the K-to-M mutations story in PNAS! In this collaborative study, our team solves the co-crystal structure of G9a bound to H3K9M peptide and finds that s-adenosylmethionine is necessary for inhibition of histone methyltransferases by corresponding oncohistone mutations.
